LOWER BACK PAIN: 1 TO 1 SESSIONS

STAGE 1

Pre-screening Questionnaires

Consultation, including achievable goal setting

 

STAGE 2

Identify Patterns of Muscle Imbalance through the following tests:

  • Assessment of Standing Posture

  • Assessment of Pelvic Alignment

  • Range of Motion Assessment – Passive, Active and Dynamic

Healthy Eating Advice –e.g. if clients excess weight is contributing to the back pain

 

STAGE 3

Freeing Restrictions within Key Joints

Rebalancing Muscles

Re-educating Muscles

Healthy Eating Advice

Continuous Assessment for the Duration of the Programme

Maintenance Advice for After the Programme is Completed

If the client has self-referred I would always request medical history, with the permission of the client and medical consent, in writing, from their GP.
