MAT PILATES: 1 TO 1 OR GROUP SESSIONS
Mat Pilates will improve core strength and flexibility. It can help maintain mobility and stability into later life, therefore reducing the risk of falls and potential injury to muscles and joints.
Depending on the clients preference there is the option for 1 to 1 sessions at my Studio, or in the comfort of their own home. An alternative option would be to attend 1 of my Pilates classes that I run in the S11 area of Sheffield. Numbers are currently limited to a maximum of 10 people for more focused tuition, though will return to 12 when it is safe to do so. Pre-screening for any injuries or medical conditions will be carried out prior to participation in any sessions.
