MAT PILATES: 1 TO 1 OR GROUP SESSIONS
Mat Pilates will improve core strength and flexibility. It can help maintain mobility and stability into later life, therefore reducing the risk of falls and potential injury to muscles and joints.
Depending on the clients preference there is the option for 1 to 1 sessions at my Studio, or in the comfort of their own home. An alternative option would be to attend 1 of my Pilates classes that I run in the S8 and S11 areas of Sheffield where numbers are limited to a maximum of 12 people for more focused tuition. Pre-screening for any injuries or medical conditions will be carried out prior to participation in any sessions.
